Day 01: Saturday, 7 November 2026 – Sydney, NSW.

Welcome to Sydney. Ride The World Motorcycle Tours crew will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. It’s been a long flight, so today is a rest day.
Tomorrow, we will do some exploring of Sydney.
Accommodation: Sydney Harbour Hotel or similar.
Day 02: Sunday, 8 November 2026 – Adventures in Sydney, NSW.
Included Meals: Breakfast and Dinner.
After breakfast, we will explore the city of Sydney. You may wish to do the Sydney Bridge Climb as an optional tour tour, just let us know and we will book it for you. It is an incredible way to see and experience the views of Sydney and the harbour area.
We’ll do a walking to the historic ‘The Rocks’ area of Sydney and around Circular Quay to the world-famous Sydney Opera House.
In the late afternoon, we will enjoy a Sydney Harbour Cruise with dinner during which we will review the days ahead, have a safety briefing, sign waivers, etc. Have your questions ready.

Day 03: Monday, 9 November 2026 – Sydney, NSW to Newcastle, NSW.
Riding: 253 Kilometres | 158 Miles – 3 hours 30 minutes riding plus stops.
Included Meals: Breakfast and Dinner.
After breakfast, we transfer to pick up our motorcycles and embark on our exhilarating motorcycle tour.
Our first day on the road after going to collect the motorcycle you have chosen. Today is a celebration of twisty tarmac and Australian wildlife.
We begin by riding by Windsor, a historic town then easing into the open roads before turning up the adrenaline on the legendary Putty Road — a motorcyclist’s paradise known for its sweeping curves, rugged bushland, and exhilarating ride. We will be taking it easy as this is your first day riding. Our first stop: the famous Grey Gums Café, a rider’s refuge where you can grab a coffee, share your experienes, and take in the fresh mountain air.
From the Grey Gums Café, the road opens up then there are tight curves as we ride northeast toward Hunter Valley Wildlife Park, where kangaroos, koalas, and camels (yes, camels!) await. Stretch your legs and snap a few photos as you wander the grounds, soaking in the wild spirit of regional NSW.
The day concludes with a well-earned rest and a hearty meal at the Sir Francis Drake Inn in Heatherbrae, a classic stop with character and comfort — perfect for recapping the day’s ride over a cold drink with your new riding friends.

Day 04: Tuesday, 10 November 2026 – Newcastle, NSW to Port Macquarie, NSW.
Riding: 267 Kilometres | 166 Miles – 3 hours 35 minutes riding plus stops.
Included Meals: Breakfast.
After a hearty breakfast a 9:00 am start for a day of stunning scenery, aviation history, winding mountain passes, and two-wheeled nostalgia.
Our first stop is just a short ride away at Fighter World, Williamtown — a hands-on aviation museum where you can get up close to classic RAAF (Royal Australian Airforce) fighter jets and even sit in the cockpit of a Mirage. A perfect warm-up for what’s to come.
From there, the ride gets interesting as we carve through the legendary curves of Wootton Way — an old section of the Pacific Highway reborn as a motorcyclist’s dream. With tight turns, lush greenery, and little traffic, it’s a hidden gem that captures the thrill of the open road. But beware of the leaf litter which is sometimes on the road.
Next, we arrive at a bucket-list stop for any bike enthusiast: the National Motorcycle Museum in Nabiac. Housing hundreds of classic bikes, memorabilia, and rare machines, it’s a paradise of chrome, leather, nostalgia and maybe a little rust.
We return to our motorcycles and continue heading north. We make a scenic detour to North Brother Lookout, where sweeping panoramic views of the Camden Haven coast which is part of the Pacific Coast offers great views and a perfect photo op.
The day ends with a relaxed roll into Port Macquarie, where coastal breezes, great food choices and comfortable accommodation welcome us after an unforgettable ride. Kick off the boots, share a story or two, and rest up — tomorrow’s road awaits.

Day 05: Wednesday, 11 November 2026 – Port Macquarie, NSW to Tamworth, NSW.
Riding: 315 Kilometres | 194 Miles – 3 hours 48 minutes riding plus stops.

Departing the coastal charm of Port Macquarie, today’s ride is all about elevation, exhilaration, and epic tales from Australia’s wild frontier. With the engines fire up, we head inland on the renowned Oxley Highway — one of the most celebrated motorcycle roads in the country.
With over 300 corners in 150 km, the Oxley takes us from rainforest twists to rolling high-country plains, making it a pure rider’s delight. The journey climbs onto the New England Tablelands, where cooler air and wide open skies greet us in Walcha, a quaint town known for its sculptures and rural charm but we visit a hidden waterfall before town.
Continuing on to Uralla, we step into the boots of bushranger folklore as we explore the history of Captain Thunderbolt — the gentleman outlaw who once ruled these roads. We will visit Thunderbolt’s statue and learn about his hideouts and daring escapes. It’s the perfect blend of grit and legend to pair with your ride.
From Uralla, we ride south and onto Australia’s country music capital — Tamworth — where we’ll spend the night. But before stopping for the night, three iconic stops await:
- The Powerhouse Motorcycle Museum, packed with part of one man’s collection of pristine vintage bikes that stir up nostalgia and admiration.
- The towering Big Golden Guitar, a must-see Aussie roadside icon that celebrates Tamworth’s musical soul.
- Oxley Scenic Lookout for a view over the city of Tamworth.

Day 06: Thursday, 12 November 2026 – Tamworth, NSW to Bathurst, NSW.
Riding: 433 Kilometres | 270 Miles – 5 hours 15 minutes riding plus stops.

Leaving the rhythm of Tamworth behind, our engines roar to life once more as we begin another unforgettable leg of the journey — a ride that celebrates small-town charm, classic machines, and one of NSW’s most scenic hidden highways.
Our first stop is Werris Creek, Australia’s first railway town, where the spirit of working-class heritage runs deep. A short ride from there brings us to the quirky and delightful Bob’s Shed — a living museum packed with vintage cars, memorabilia, and nostalgic treasures. It’s the kind of place where you’ll smile at every turn, with stories stitched into every tin sign and chrome bumper.
From roadside memories to aerial might, we continue on to Scone, home of Hunter Warbirds Aviation Museum. Here, legendary aircraft are lovingly restored and displayed, capturing the daring spirit of pilots past. The collection is a nod to Australia’s aviation history — a perfect contrast to our two-wheeled journey.
The final stretch is nothing short of breathtaking as we hit the Bylong Valley Way — a secluded, winding ribbon of bitumen that weaves through forested hills, sandstone cliffs, and wide open farmland. It’s pure riding bliss, the kind of road that feels made just for motorcycles.
We end the day in iconic Bathurst, where motorsport heritage runs through the veins of the town. Whether you’re riding into the sunset or just eyeing up Mount Panorama from a distance, there’s no better place to unwind, reflect, and prepare for the next chapter of this incredible November ride.

Day 07: Friday, 13 November 2026 – Bathurst, NSW to Sydney, NSW.
Riding: 223 Kilometres | 140 Miles – 3 hours 25 minutes riding plus stops.
Included Meals: Breakfast.
The final day of our epic November motorcycle tour begins in Bathurst, where racing legends are made and the throttle hand feels just a little heavier. But today’s ride isn’t about speed — it’s about soaking in the last spectacular miles of New South Wales’s countryside.
We wind out of Bathurst through the charming hamlet of Tarana, where the roads tighten and the scenery begins to shift. As we join the Great Western Highway, the Blue Mountains rise before us, we cruise toward one of Australia’s most iconic natural landmarks: The Three Sisters in Katoomba. With a short break to take in the views, it’s a fitting reminder of the raw beauty we’ve been riding through all week.
From here, we retrace our route to join to ride to Bell along the ridge through Bell and onto the famed Bells Line of Road, a motorcyclist’s dream full of sweeping corners and stunning mountain vistas. A relaxing stop in Bilpin, famous for its fresh apple pie and mountain air, gives us one last taste of the countryside before the final leg.
The journey comes full circle as we return the bikes to the rental location, where it all began. But the experience isn’t quite over yet.
We pay one last visit — a Harley-Davidson dealership, where chrome dreams and tour souvenirs await. Whether you’re picking up a memento or just admiring the iron on display, it’s the perfect to our days of two-wheeled freedom.
Finally, we head to our accommodation near Sydney Airport, where a warm shower, a cold drink, and a heartfelt farewell dinner await. We share laughs, photos, and stories of wild roads and unforgettable moments — a celebration of the friendships forged and the adventure that brought us all together.

How to make this happen.
Step #1: To start booking your tour with Ride The World Motorcycle Tours, complete the form at the bottom of the page. We will get back to you as soon as possible with all the details.
Step #2: Once we have contacted you, we can start booking. The motorcycle rental contract, though booked through Ride The World Motorcycle Tours, is exclusively between the Tour Participant (renter) and the rental company. Ride The World Motorcycle Tours assume no liability.
The Motorcycle rental includes a choice of a Harley-Davidson touring model, or a BMW GS Model, so book early to ensure your preferred model as all are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Harley-Davidson motorcycles come with Windscreen or Fairing, Rider Floorboards and Passenger Floorboards or Pegs, Saddle Bags, and Passenger Backrest.
BMW Motorcycles come with Windscreen or Fairing, Rider and Passenger Foot Pegs, Saddle Bags, and Passenger Backrest if the optional Top Box is added by the renter.
Some Ancillary options and Accessories are available depending on the model of the Motorcycle and are subject to availability.
Damage Deposit | Security Bond
A per bike damage deposit of AUD2,500.00 is required for each rental at the time of pick-up. The amount is determined by the model of Motorcycle you are renting. The rental company will take this deposit in the form of a pre-authorization on the tour participant’s credit card. This is not a charge, merely a pre-authorization. When the bike is returned with no damage, the pre-authorization will be released.

Step #3: Make arrangements to get your butt to Sydney, Australia. If coming from Canada, our agent, Freedom Biker Tours works with the Canadian Motorcycle Tourism Association and their Travel Agency Division ‘CMTA Travel Services’. If you need the services of a Travel Agent for your airfare or anything else, let us know. Please note that you MUST have travel insurance and it must specify that you are riding a motorcycle on a tour.

Airfare to/from Australia is NOT included in the Tour program pricing.
It is the responsibility of the Tour participant to organize their own air travel arrangements.
Waivers and Releases MUST be signed upon arrival in Australia, or the participant will not be permitted to participate in the Tour.
A Valid Motorcycle Rider’s License acceptable in Australia is required to participate in this Tour.
A minimum of 1 year riding a cruiser-style or adventure-style motorcycle is required. Though BMW GS models are available they canopnly be ridden on sealed roads hich is what the tour is taken on.
A passion for riding, fun and adventure is a requirement to participate in this Tour.
